The heat settings screen provides facility for programming the recording programs and annotating and recording images of the composite repair/cure and to support instructions, recording and training.

Programming to single, double or triple ramp composite repair profiles, the user defines the heater grouping. A group can be from one heater (cell or blanket) with one control to a number of blankets with supporting cells or cells alone as in our patented applied technique that doesn't require blankets.As many as 16 controls can be provided on one cure. As well, as many as 24 cells can grouped in multiples or they can be controlled individually. They can support a heater blanket on stringers or form their own 'blanket'.

The left side of the screen is reserved for cell programming and the right side for auxilliary/blanket heating of the composite repair. Heater blankets can be provided with a duty cycle to provide a multitude of power densities. Heater blankets are assigned a MaxOut TC and a control TC. Up to 32 TCs can be set with an alarm or given a MaxOut setting to temporarily shut power off to the specific heater.
